We are thrilled to announce that Melissa Parra has once again emerged as the Employee of the Year at Speedmaster, making 2022 the second year in a row she's earned this prestigious title! Melissa's unparalleled dedication, dynamic problem-solving, and her relentless pursuit of quality has once again made her stand out among her peers.

This year's Employee of the Year was announced during our corporate retreat in the sun-soaked city of Palm Springs on Friday, June 9th. The retreat was a blend of relaxation, team bonding, and a recognition ceremony where the spotlight was turned onto our high performers. The excitement that filled the air was palpable, as everyone eagerly anticipated the announcement of the coveted Employee of the Year title.

Melissa's unwavering commitment to her role, her incredible work ethic, and her ability to inspire and encourage those around her are the key qualities that have secured her this recognition for the second year running. Her victory is a testament to the exceptional standard she sets daily, and the respect she commands among her colleagues at Speedmaster.

While Melissa Parra undoubtedly took center stage as the Employee of the Year for the second time in a row, the corporate retreat was also a grand showcase of other exceptional talents within the Speedmaster family.

Three special awards stood out this year, designed to acknowledge the distinctive attributes of our staff. Each award was a nod to the diversity of talent and the myriad of skills that fuel our collective success.

The Mountain Mover award was bestowed upon Jasmine N., whose tenacity and ability to conquer challenges truly embodies the spirit of this award. Jasmine's tireless efforts have led to significant breakthroughs and progress at Speedmaster. She consistently moves "mountains", overcoming obstacles and producing remarkable results.

Adolfo M. was honored with the Get Shit Done award. A true testament to his unwavering focus, efficiency, and productivity, Adolfo has repeatedly demonstrated an ability to deliver quality results, swiftly and effectively. He embodies the get-up-and-go attitude that keeps our engine running smoothly.

Finally, the Triple C award – for Charisma, Culture, and Creativity – was given to Sofia D. Sofia's vibrant personality, her understanding and embodiment of our organizational culture, and her innovative ideas have made her an invaluable member of the Speedmaster family. Her charismatic presence and creative contributions have enhanced our work environment significantly.

On Tuesday, back at our Rialto Facility, we held the official Award Ceremony where the whole team got to share in the celebration. Melissa Parra was presented with the Employee of the Year award in front of her proud colleagues, amidst claps, cheers, and hearty congratulations.

But the celebrations didn't stop there! Our Rialto Facility's award ceremony was a vibrant event that also recognized other high-performing employees. Each award given represented our commitment to foster a culture that celebrates each individual's unique contributions to our team. The day was filled with joy and pride, as every award brought into focus the exceptional talent we have within our Speedmaster family.
