Pushing Boundaries: Online Retail Industry Awards 2017


 

Moving mountains again in 2017, Speedmaster was proud to be 1 of 5 finalists in Best In-Store Initiative and Best International Conqueror categories. Commonly known for Automotive innovation, Speedmaster has applied similar efforts into their online approach. Solidifying their place as the Top Automotive Aftermarket Brand in Australia and listing 34th in the Top 100 Retailers. The ultimate prize of the night was the “People’s Choice Award” which went to none other than Kogan.com, who had a stellar year on the back of a strong IPO only 12 months prior.

Speedmaster CEO Jason Kencevski speaks on their accomplishment, “To be so highly regarded as an Online Retailer is a major achievement”. Jason, also states “It is very humbling to be associated with companies and brands we admire and respect”. This continues to provide motivation towards achieving excellence in their ‘Three Pillar Philosophy’ (People | Products | Approach). 

First launched in 2010, the StarTrack ORIAS is one of Australia’s premier awards recognising excellence in e-commerce and multichannel retailing in Australia. This year saw a record number of entries across multiple categories.
