How it works?

1. Sign Up

Jump on board. Create an account and register on the Speedmaster website.

2. Membership Overview

You're In! This is what your personal dashboard looks like. You now have access to a range of tools at your fingertips. You begin with Red - the standard tier. As you make your way up, there are six higher membership tiers with different rewards and benefits to discover.

3. Make a Transaction

Search for products and get access to photos, product information and detailed specifications. Pricing is already applied at every item. While you view products, you can check if an item is in stock and also the points you can earn. When you're ready to buy - add it to Cart and select View Cart & Checkout.

4. Checkout

The next page you will land on is the Shopping Cart. In here you will see an order summary that will show you the discount applied, savings and the points earned towards your tier membership. If everything is correct, please proceed to the Checkout. Fill in your payment details and make a purchase.

5. Shipping

Your order is on its way! As soon as your order gets processed, our warehouse staff will pick and pack your order within 24 hours.

6. Level Up!

Head to your Account Overview Panel to check the points you have earned. It will tell you how many points you need to reach your next goal of attaining a new tier. See unlocked rewards and find out what personalized services are available for you.

Did you know...?

You have access to a wide range of tools on your account overview dashboard. The menus to your left give you access to Purchases, Wishlist, Billing, Gift Certificates, Settings and Stock Notification. Click on the drop down arrows to reveal more options at your disposal.

Purchases

Purchase history and returns can be viewed and sorted in order of dates, numbers and amount. There is an option to create a reorder of items and view negotiated quotes. All these options are available under Purchases menu.

Billing

You can view your account balance, check outstanding balance, credits and even terms. There is access to transaction history, open invoices and even print statements under the Billing menu.

Settings

Updating subscriptions, signing up for newsletters can be managed under Email Preferences. Adding or changing a shipping address and even adding new payment details are under Address Book and Payment Methods. If you want to change or update your password, head over to the Settings menu.

Miscellaneous

We also have a section for Gift Certificate codes. You can add items to your wishlist to revisit for later purchase. There's also an option to be notified when an out of stock item becomes available in Stock Notifications.
